Refund and Cancellation Policy for Retreats^*

A deposit is required at registration to confirm your place. This deposit is applied to the final price. If you cancel 90 days prior to departure, you will receive your deposit less $50 for administration fees.

Full payment is required 75 days prior to the start of the event (this includes travel dates if included in the cost).
Our events are non-refundable from 74 days prior to the start of the event (this includes travel dates if included in the cost).

However, in special circumstances (to be determined by the Signature M team), we may reimburse 50% of the total cost of the event, less $50 for administration.
